After trying to update our retention schedule, we are thinking of taking
a different approach to timeframes for off site storage.  
We currently have many different timeframes but would prefer to have a
more limited about of timeframe # of buckets and timeframe associated
with those buckets, i.e., 1 year, 5 years, 10 years, Permanent, etc.
Does anyone have any recommendations as to how many "buckets" is a
prudent number and what timeframes are good periods?
