a bit condescending don't you think? Why do you believe that RM
professionals can not fully understand the complexity of IT issues?

This reminds of the old time auto mechanics who would tell women not
worry about what was wrong with their car, it was just too complex for
the female minds.

So please tell me what IT complexities are beyond the ken of the RM
professional?
