<Can anyone please share sample metrics?>

Number of records added/modifed/deleted in your database, by table by user.
Which parts of the system are under stress, possible security concerns,
who's your most productive player, who's dogging it?

Number of files/folders/boxes opened/closed/checked in/checked out/moved
off-site

Number of end user visits to the records center and purpose of visit:  who's
satisfied, who's complaining, who needs your immediate attention?

Graph the growth in number/size of records over time:  where is the
growth, current problem areas that are future emergencies, monitor the
results of your latest projects
