We are doing some prelimary reviews of RM software packages to handle our 
hardcopy records.     To be honest, I'm very happy with our current 
package but have been advised by our IT department to start looking at 
alternatives as the current package will not be supported for too much 
longer.    Our US company is using an extremely customized version of 
OmniRIM.    Our needs are different and therefore we are looking at the 
"out of the box" version.

I would appreciate hearing any and all comments (good, bad or indifferent) 
regarding OmniRIM, the software, the support etc.
