You might want to make the point to your administrator that the most
expensive software is the kind that doesn't work and requires expensive
"customizations" to be functional. You should contact the major software
companies anyway. Most of them have some kind of billing that relates to
the size of your office/firm. Don't disqualify yourself as a customer
until you give the companies an opportunity to win your business. For
them it is about market share as much as it is about the dollars.
