Better late than never!

Here at American Honda Motor Co., Inc., the quantity of binders is not
large.  We suggest that they remove the binders unless there is records
material on the binder itself (and sometimes it is printed with title,
date, author, etc.)  We point out the weight limit and how overfilling a
box is a hazard to everyone who handles it.  Since Records Management bears
the cost of storage, we suggest the department not worry about how many
boxes it takes.

Binders, and other supplies are donated to local public schools.

Hanging binders, however, are strongly discouraged because they add
additional weight, tear up the sides of the boxes and people's hands.
