Linda--
Skupsky's Information Requirements Clearinghouse (
http://www.irch.com/about.htm) offers software that has the regulations/laws
complied from federal and state as well as some international regulations. I
have used this but prefer to reserch the full list of regulations at the
state/county level -- usually available from their state library or dept of
state websites -- plus firsthand review of the US Code and CFRs. I then
compare against Skupsky (link to software http://www.irch.com/products.htm).
The reason I do this is that I find the Skupsky software a little clunky and
challenging for understanding the context of the regulations. At the
state/couunty/municipal levels, I like to have contact info so I can speak
with someone if needed.
Hope this helps.
