I would be delighted to consult with you on this subject, but do caution
that the metrics and benchmarks that might resonate with one management team
will not make a difference, necessarily, to another. Each culture is
idiosyncratic and requires a different strategic approach. In my
experience, however, the one theme that is apparently universal is the need
to make a business case, not a legal one, for why your RIM deserves more
resources and support in 2008.
