I use a company issued laptop and access the company intranet and
email via a VPN (virtual private network)
all company work is done on my company issued laptop. anything
personal is done on my own personal computer

I am allowed to print out via a computer issued printer, but I am also
required to have a shredder available that will shred CD/DVDs, paper
etc. I am also required to have a cable-lock installed to secure my
computer

basically no company work should be done on a personal computer. John
Montana did a presentation/article a few years back IIRC on this
subject.
