We are nearing completion of a test using RFID technology in tracking of
medical records.  So far it's great.  We're able to see when the records
enters the records room, where it's located, even if it has been
misfiled.  Our hospital has several outlying clinics, and we're also
able to see if the record is in one of those other clinics.  The product
we're using is not on the market yet, but my understanding is that it
will be in the near future.
