I totally support the concept of Bruce's comment of letting the vendor
run his/her operation the way that best suits them, as long as my boxes
are delivered when I need them.

And, making the time for a site visit is a MUST DO!  Too many times
word-of-mouth doesn't tell you everything!

On another note, metro Orlando looks forward to seeing most of you when
ARMA comes back next October.  We'll make sure you have a marvelous
week!
