lead an effort to develop and implement an Enterprise Electronic Information
Management System for our Federal Government customer located in Washington,
DC.   *

The Program Manager will be responsible for direct management of the Program
and/or Project Managers and will oversee program budget and schedules,
organize project and task workloads and select individuals most qualified
for assignments on specific projects.

The Program Manager will have primary responsibility for program growth; may
be responsible for marketing new technology or follow-on business
acquisition.

The Program Manager will be accountable for P&L and overall goals of the
organization, as well as specific program goals.
