Greetings from Wonderful Wyoming,

We are looking at the possibility of centralizing scanning for state records and perhaps moving to centralized storage and management of e-records. We would like to know how other states are dealing with your e-records RIM program.

Are you centralizing your scanning?

Have you started to centralize you e-record management and storage?

Would you be willing to discuss your state's program off line?

For my vendor friends; this is a very preliminary survey. We have no funding and not sure if or when this may get off the ground.

Thank you,

Rich Wilson
