John:
ARMA International has a number of standards developed and approved by ANSI. See http://www.arma.org/standards/index.cfm.

Also, AIIM International has some U.S. national standards available from Tech Street.

HI Everyone

Are there any other RIM Standards set by other bodies other than ISO? I am
a service reviewer for two Accreditation bodies: CARF (Commission on
Accreditation for Rehabiliation Facilities) and COA (Council on Accreditation)
and cannot seem to find a section for records management. Is ISO standards
the benchmark?

John
