Okay am I the only one who saw this headline and said...

"Ummm waitaminute, if I'm using Google's Cloud Services fo rmy organizations
records in Google Docs or Gmail.... how long before MY CONTENT is heading
overseas??"

http://goo.gl/XLL9p

And as you read the article, you see that:

Over the past year, major providers have accelerated their expansions in the
region. Earlier this year Digital Realty Trust built its first major data
center in Singapore<http://www.datacenterknowledge.com/archives/2010/11/18/digital-realty-buys-singapore-data-center/>,
not far from the location of the new Google facility, and has since
announced expansions in
Sydney<http://www.datacenterknowledge.com/archives/2011/07/25/digital-realty-enters-australian-market/>and
Melbourne<http://www.datacenterknowledge.com/archives/2011/09/06/digital-realty-ready-to-build-in-melbourne/>.
Meanwhile, co-location market leader Equinix has expanded in
Tokyo<http://www.datacenterknowledge.com/archives/2010/09/27/equinix-plans-further-expansion-in-tokyo/>,
Singapore and Sydney. Yahoo is also building a major data center in
Singapore.

And *NOW* you say to yourself "Ummm waitaminute, do *WE* have data that is
stored with any of these providers or is co-located through Equinix and are
my privacy, SARBOX, HIPAA, GLBA, SEC or other requirements at risk by data
being stored outside of the continental US??" AND did they TELL ME?!?!?!

Larry
