Good afternoon,
We are working on developing a corporate governance framework to support
compliance, and are looking for any documents in place within other
organizations, especially Canadian municipal governments.
We do have a Corporate Records By-law that describes records governance,
but would like to review the larger corporate governance framework,
including legal, audit, risk management, ITS, records, and operational
requirements.
