Yeah, I assume it would present the same issues in court but again not an e-discovery guy so take my comments with a ton of salt. :)
To the extent that an organization wants to scan large quantities of paper in support of litigation I don't think that presents the same type of problem as born-digital native electronic files do but again willing to hear from others.
