Legal Records Supervisor
TRAK Records and Library is recruiting for a Legal Records Supervisor for their client in San Francisco, CA. The Legal Records Supervisor will be responsible for coaching and developing records clerks, managing the process of all ingoing and outgoing legal files in support of client needs, investigating and resolving user complaints as well as facilitating solutions, and accomplishing organizational goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests. Qualified candidates must have 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a legal records center in a large law firm environment, experience with Legalkey and/or FileSurf software, and ability to analyze and offer solutions.
