one question I always asked my customers was "how much training do you give
your new employees on your email system? (how it works, how to write
emails, etc)" they always looked back at me like a deer caught in the
headlights. I fully believe that email problems could be reduce by regular
training on how to use the system, how to write an email (who is on the
sender line, who goes on the cc, proper subject headings and single topic
emails)

now for a different type of question. How does your program treat emails
that an individual receives in which they are cc'd?
