AIIM First Canadian Chapter is pleased to host a multi-disciplinary panel
consisting of Sheila Taylor, Susan Nickle, and Chuck Rothman, providing a
records management, legal, and technological perspective on the following

- What’s different from the way things are done traditionally?
- What’s the future going to be like with the cloud?

2)  BYOD (bring your own device) technologies
- Why care about BYOD?
- Benefits, challenges and risks of BYOD

3) The team approach: multi-disciplinary approaches to cloud computing and
BYOD

4) Litigation readiness: best practices to support e-discovery when cloud-
and BYOD-based information is involved

5) Canadian case law: what are the courts saying about issues relating to
cloud computing and BYOD?
