Special Counsel Information Governance is seeking candidates for a Legal Records Manager job in San Diego, CA or Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-orientated with strong problem solving and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and supervise department staff and activities.
* Manage department policies and procedures.
* Develop, strategize and lead department projects.
* Collaborate with team and leaders to problem solve and manage change.
* Serve as a resource, answering complex and detailed department inquiries.
* Develop training and educational tools on records management topics.
* Manage department budgets.
* Create and maintain department reports.
* Build client development relationships.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred. CRM a plus. Legal experience required.
* Demonstrated Records management experience.
* Experience with standard software applications including MS office.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
