Businesses like to make a profit, decreasing a reimbursement rate and/or implementing an electronic system would indicate that there would be a reduction in net profit.   So what does a business typically do when faced with greater costs
1-reduce expenses (headcount, services as examples)
2-increase traffic(see more patients which may translate to less time spent with the healthcare professional)
3-I like my plan, I have noticed a reduction in services provided and getting hit with additional costs due to having a good plan.
