I work in a mid-size law firm in the Midwest. In our shift to proper
Information Governance the duties of our record's clerks are changing. It
is becoming obvious to me that a records clerk should not continue to be
responsible for handling paper files only. I am looking for information as to
a potential job description and/or duties that you expect of your clerks as it
relates to electronic records. Thank you for your input.
