BIG DISCLAIMER...I've been "approved" to attend the ARMA Conference and my travel arrangements have been made...However, last year I had the "rug pulled from under me" and was only able to attend due to the kind support of a colleague willing to share his room.   That being said, I'll only feel comfortable in saying "I'm attending" once I've boarded the plane and off to DC.  If there, I hope to see all the Listserv stalwarts there...
