...a new report from the IG Initiative found that EDUCATION in IG is the
biggest factor needed to facilitate IG program efforts.
For over 18 months I have been the lead instructor for the industry’s most
comprehensive and popular remote IG training classes, which are held live,
online, in interactive HD video. The classes include newly-updated
information, but are based primarily on the textbook I authored in
collaboration with 9 SMEs, "Information Governance: Concepts, Strategies,
and Best Practices" (Wiley, 2014).
The book is also being used to teach IG to graduate students in computer and
information science programs at University of Oxford in England, San Jose
State University in Silicon Valley, University of Michigan, NC State,
University of Maryland, and other major universities worldwide...
