ABOUT the PRESENTER:
Heather A. Kennedy
Heather has been helping individuals, team, leaders, and organizations manage the people side of change for over 20 years. As a Change Champion, she has led change efforts for systems, implementations, organizational redesigns, acquisitions, career transitions, and growing companies. Through this work, Heather developed her own change model, the Compass for Change™. Her thoughts on change have been published in HR Strategy and Planning Excellence Essentials. Heather also regularly blogs on change at her website Sparqcoach.com<file:///C:\Users\tgoss\AppData\Roaming\OpenText\DM\Temp\www.sparqcoach.com>
Heather holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology where she studied the impact of leadership coaching during change initiatives. She has presented on “Thriving through Change” at the American Family Dreambank. Heather maintains two human resources certifications – Senior Profession in Human Resources and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional. Change management is considered to be a strategic competency for both designations.
