I went to my local library and requested the books through interlibrary loan.  They got about 75% of the books I requested.  It took a while but it was free.

Also try a local University or Community College Library.  They sometimes have books that the public library does not carry.

Gary, I have no idea why I forgot the library system - my daughter uses both the school library and the public library on a regular basis. Of course that's yet another very low-cost avenue that ALL CRM (or other
certification!) candidates should look into.
