Aloha Listserv Friends!

Happy Aloha Friday!  I hope some of you will join me on November 6th in Honolulu, as I once again ride in the ADA Hawaii Tour de Cure bike ride...This year, they're adding a 5K and 10K run to the event, so those who don't "bicycle" can now participate in a short run.  This year is a bit of REDEMPTION for me, as I will hopefully avoid another accident and complete the 50 mile bike ride.  If enough of you want to participate and have a "mini-gathering", maybe i can make suitable arrangements for getting together and having some mai-tais.  :-)
