Hello, Records Retention Policy is a new initiative for our company. We would like to start
educating associates on some "good habits" in regards to emails, do's and don't. We are
preparing Q&A for the records, however we would like to add some specific Q&A in regards
to emails. Does anyone have any documents they can share with me related to the
education and training of the employees in regards to emails ? Any Q&A documents ? Any
links you can recommend for me to look at ?
Any suggestions on how to save the documents in Cloud(Box, Google Drive, Drop Box) in
the naming conventions, capturing mega data and etc ? Any recommendations ?
I would like to recommend associates to save records in the Cloud considering that net year
we will be looking into implementing policy to these Cloud Storage. I would like to think the
process thru a year ahead.
Any suggestions, advise, reading materials will be highly appreciated.
