It's complicated.

Short answer is IT / Information Security. Long answer is the reporting
tree... CEO--> Chief Innovation Officer--> CIO--> Chief Information
Security Officer--> Information Governance

RIM is probably less than 10% of what my team does, however. We have no RIM
operational responsibilities.
