Gary, there is no state law or policy that that would prohibit the use of 
technologies for collaboration. However, there is the unknown possibility of 
this technology conflicting with Arizona's Revised Statutes, Title 39 - Public 
Records, and the maintenance and access to public records. 

Essentially, we hope to gather input from others familiar with Facebook @ 
Work so that we can open up some dialogue with our stakeholders should 
there be a deeper concern regarding the RM front.
