Jeanne asked a great question about the new OT Exemption Rule. I am not qualified to answer it. And there is a lot that remains to be learned as it goes into force.

My contribution is from the perspective of working at a law firm. Many firms offer client and other interested parties free seminars on topics like this. If you have outside council I suggest that you check with that firm and ask if they plan seminars on this topic. Firms that have Labor & Employment practices are more likely to provide such information.

If you don't have outside council take a look in your community for firms that practice Labor & Employment. Check with those firms to see what they offer. Some might even have Websites that list their upcoming seminars. These are usually free events.
