Wall Street Journal has had a number of stories on Theranos and the
problems the company has had. Records management (or the lack there
of) isn't suprising considering everything else the company and its
leadership has gone through. Both the company and president are under
federal investigation for deficiencies, including recordkeeping, at
its labratories.

KQED, an NPR station out of the San Fran area, published a cartoon
hitory which does a pretty good job of summarizing the rise and
potential fall of Theranos and its president.
