I'll work with you on this...I think it's better that we do it on Sunday night, to compliment the Opening Reception and we may have a better chance of reserving a bar area. Would anyone be opposed to making this a joint Listserv and AIEF gathering? Monday is probably not a good night since they're already having a Pub Crawl and San Antonio Bus/Boat Tour that may take people away.
Does anyone know the San Antonio area well? The last time we held the Listserv Party in San Antonio, it was at one of the hotel bars...We probably can check the listserv history for that one...

I have not been to San Antonio, but I assume there are numerous locations along the RiverWalk we can gather. Please send me
