What do you suppose the interviewer would say if an interviewee asked this in the interview? "Can you tell me what a successful program will look like in a year? Five years?"



I'm tempted to say that if the interviewer knew the answer to these questions, she/he might not need to hire anyone.



So I think that, unless there's a really well-established program with clear goals and objectives (that are currently valid), the interviewee should ask the questions--and then offer some answers.
