Just an additional note to clarify my question, I am not referring to Records Storage Vendors; rather, I am looking at delegated vendors (another entity who is given the authority to perform certain functions on an organization's behalf).

I have had several responses referring to Records Storage vendors. However, I appreciate the responses nonetheless! :)
