Hi Amy,
Full disclosure, I am a services consultant with IBM.  If you haven't had
any responses, I might suggest reaching out to your IBM sales/services rep
to ask this question and present this use case to them directly.  They
should be able to provide a list of other energy companies or financial
services companies using SIQ in the capacity you are inquiring upon.
