Aloha Friends and Colleagues,  

Thanks to all of you I saw at the recent 2016 ARMA Live conference in San Antonio...I chuckled when many of you asked about my recent bicycle "crashes" and "scars" I've collected.  Yes, I have several scars adorned on my arms and elbows, but like the energizer bunny, I'm still ticking. :-)

On November 6th, I will join other "Red Riders" in riding in the American Diabetes Tour de Cure Ride in Honolulu, Hawaii.  1 of 3 people in Hawaii have pre-diabetes, Type 1, or Type 2 diabetes in Hawaii.
