TOPIC:  "Performance Pre-requisites for 2020 eRIM"  Many macro factors are signaling that we are at a tipping point for eRIM to really come together. As the digital age matures, Legal, IT, and Records Managers are increasingly becoming more comfortable with how their roles and responsibilities have evolved - so their organizations can now achieve successful IG. Now the real work begins - implementation.

PRESENTER:  Jim Coulson (CRM), Managing Director, Morae Legal Corp. Jim is Partner, CCIM Consulting LLC, an international firm providing consulting services in electronic information and records management. Previously, he was Managing Director, Huron Consulting Group which, in 2005, acquired the firm he founded in 1990, Records Improvement Institute LLC. Involved in records management for over thirty years, Mr. Coulson is co-author of the second edition of Records Management Handbook; is a Fellow of ARMA International; and a recipient of the Emmett Leahy Award, the highest global award in the field of records and information management.
