Thanks, Robert. This would be in addition to in-person training and self-service resources (actually, I'm hoping to use these, in-part, to drive people to our self-service resources, but we don't have that many yet). I do like the idea of regular meetings for coordinators; we are just starting to identify these folks will be setting up a listserv, but regular meetings would be good to help put faces to names (and keep them thinking about RM).
