I've not seen such language in a policy, but I would think it could be no more than a line item in your main policy.

I am curious if your company has a written policy addressing the destruction of confidential material subsequent to a Non-Disclosure Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, Settlement Agreement, or similar agreements that would supersede Retention requirements.  Similar to a Legal Hold, only the reverse of a hold.

If so, where have you placed verbiage that addresses this? In the RIM Policy itself? Separate documentation?
