Looking to the group for guidance on a program assessment tool, not as formal as an official audit, but a tool that captures provides feedback for potential program improvement. Or one that measures RIM training.
 Thanks in advance & TGIF!!!

Subject: confidentiality agreement destruction exceptions

Good morning,

I am curious if your company has a written policy addressing the destructio= n of confidential material subsequent to a Non-Disclosure Agreement, Confid= entiality Agreement, Settlement Agreement, or similar agreements that would= supersede Retention requirements. Similar to a Legal Hold, only the rever= se of a hold.

If so, where have you placed verbiage that addresses this? In the RIM Polic= y itself? Separate documentation?

Thank you,
Bob

I've not seen such language in a policy, but I would think it could be no more than a line item in your main policy.
