BarnAllen Technologies, Incorporated seeks a records manager/project manager to manage 
an engagement supporting a Federal Agency. The Records Manager/Project Manager will 
assist in bringing the records management program into compliance with National Archives 
and Records Administration standards, regulations, and policy. This includes assessing the 
existing program and identifying improvement opportunities; reviewing agency policy and 
standards and bringing it into compliance with regulations, statutes, and national policies; 
and assisting the agency in meeting compliance deadlines. The successful candidate will have 
at minimum a bachelor degree, 3 to 5 years records management/consulting experience, 
expertise in file plan development and constructing file hierarchies; document digitization; 
and at least 2 years records management experience in support of the US federal
