I would say that the shift to content services doesn't mean that ECM 
software is dead, although I think it might change how it is used.  Has 
anyone else seen this shift?  In what ways has it changed your IM 
approach versus the traditional ECM model?  Don maybe you have some 
stories to tell.

The only constant is change...
