Aloha Listserv Colleagues:

I'm working on a project to eliminate paper reports from our mainframe and have users view reports on an on-line system.  One of the users concerns is the ability to "annotate, approve, and route" reports received.  Has anyone dealt with this issue in pursuing paperless reports and used a software to address it?  The on-line report system we use has a "notes" feature, but it falls short of user expectations.
