Please allow a foreigner a thought on the topic :)

Trump’s tweets are in public domain. NARA needs neither special authorization, nor instruments, nor funding to preserve them. It’s not President’s personal business to save for posterity every word he ever utters or writes (I guess that maybe – just maybe – he might have some more pressing things to do); but NARA is mandated to do so when necessary. Actually, Mr Ferriero should be disciplined if he fails to cope with this one small task.
