Hello all!

I'm in the process of rolling out our first records management policy. It's long and I want to create a TL;DR version for those who will inevitably take a one look at the cover and never open it again. I'm trying for 1 page max, and was hoping there may be some orgs on this list who have done something similar.  Any recommendations or examples are very much appreciated. Thank you!
