I haven't had specific conversations around customer experience as my focus
has been on the technology used versus traditional enterprise content
management platforms.  The two splits seem to be if you want to work with
Salesforce or independent of them.  Companies like are Apttus and Conga.
Coupa is a big player but it doesn't seem they do anything around records.
Even the systems that do support records management do so in the silo of
their application only.

On my report, I use Mailchimp to manage my list and it uses 2-factor
authorization to assure compliance with spam rules.  It should send you and
email to confirm the email you entered and then replies with a the report.
I only use the list to send newsletter updates to people.
