In my opinion you should be sentenced to 1,000 hours of public
service...; perhaps volunteer this time at the customer service counter
of the Boston Public Library.

Chris I'll try not to let this happen again. There is no excuse for my
obvious dereliction of duty, I can but plead that my paying employer
expects some sort of productivity from me. I will discuss this issue
with  them during my performance evaluation, and shall seek a solution
that will be mutually beneficial to the list as well as my employer
