It may not be a matter of "logic" but a matter of "reality".  Although
many of us understand and subscribe to the concept of managing
electronic born records in an electronic format, sometimes we don't have
that luxury.  Paper records are not all bad; and electronic records are
not all  great.  It takes sound records analysis to determine the best
media for a given set of records; and, unfortunately, part of that
analysis is recognizing what tools are currently available in our
organization.  Living in the real world doesn't make us less of a
visionary, but sometimes more creative.
